Right now my life is taken up by 3 things: school, fitness and work. I haven’t been this busy since high school (when I did gymnastics and worked out 25 hours a week), and for the most part I absolutely love it. Not to say I don’t have my ups & downs. I’ve been training to compete in a fitness competition basically since last April. Right now I’m about 5.5 weeks out.. just in time for me to start freaking out a bit! I mention this because it will likely be a main focus of my blogs up until then. There is just so much to do before I leave for Vegas for Fitness America!
So up until my competition my blogs/posts will be a lot about my contest prep and the training & nutrition that goes into it. During this whole process I have completely fallen in love with the fitness industry and look forward to balancing my commitment to health & training and being able to reflect upon both here. I have both enjoyed and learned so much from reading other healthy living blogs so I hope I can do the same for someone else!
