So I’m testing out the blogging waters and I thought I might make use of my friend’s FlipCam which I had borrowed over the weekend. So I have 2 lovely videos to post but apparently I need to upgrade first. We’ll see, it’s kinda expensive!
Today was busy but good. I worked out with my trainer and didn’t go too heavy because there was a bit of an issue last week with me being debilitatingly sore and not being able to practice my fitness routine. After that I ran over to Nu-Par Swimwear to be fitted for my fitness suit! I’ll post example pics soon. After turning in a paper this morning I decided to take this afternoon off of school work and instead to something more enjoyable.. try to figure out how this blogging thing works! Then it was off to the gym for cardio & routine practice. Ended up being the best cardio session I’ve had in a while and it got me feeling motivated & excited!
Cardio Intervals: 30mins, 10% incline, walk at 4.0 for 2 min then jog at 8.0 for 30 sec.. Definitely got me sweating!
Stopped by the grocery store on the way home to pick up a couple of my current essentials, egg whites, chicken breast & spinach.

Low-Carb Mocha Protein Shake
1 scoop 0-carb Chocolate Protein Powder (I used VPX brand)
3/4 cup coffee
2 ice cubes
0.5 tsp Xanthan Gum
Dollop of 0-Cal, 0-Carb Chocolate Dip (Walden Farms Brand)
- Put it all in a blender (The Magic Bullet Works Best) and blend till smooth. The Xanthan gum thickens it up and makes it more filling!
