		<description>That&#039;s kind of funny.  I bake all the time with very little intention of actually eating what I bake.  I&#039;ll usually have a sliver of whatever it is, just to taste it and see how it went, the feed the rest to my friends, and stash a bit in the freezer for noshing on later.  Like you, I find the process extremely relaxing.  And I am also compelled to find an amazing vegan cake recipe that would impressive the most discriminating omnivores.  So in that way it&#039;s also like a chemistry experiment!

Coincidentally, I made a vegan apple spice cake the other day that was fairly successful, and low fat to boot.

Now, I hope you&#039;ve stashed some of those cupcakes in YOUR freezer for a post-cutting cupcake feast!</description>
