		<description>I don&#039;t buy cereal or granola or those types of breakfast foods.  I will never be the type who can settle for one serving so I just stick to oats!  Fine by me.

We also never have cookies, chips, candy or any of that kind of crap in the house.  Too tempting for sure!</description>

I love flavored coffees mmmm...Milstone&#039;s peppermint is awesome :D

I love the nut butter aisle at Whole Foods, too. So much variety...but I cannot be trusted with nut butters because that&#039;s one thing I tend to over indulge in. That and dairy for some reason...I am on a Greek yogurt and cottage cheese kick at the moment....which is healthy, but....

Oh, and I am a tea addict, these days, too. It&#039;s comfort food for me. ;-)</description>
