I have to find kabocha, I don't think its a staple in my local grocery store, sounds delicious. My plans for the holidays are to get as much training in as my schedule, gym and family will allow. Try not to gain any weight, perhaps even lose some (I start my cut in January, but I can barely stand myself now, ooopphhh). Favorite holiday recipe is shortbread and a new one that I found on Martha Stewart's website, Bourbon Pecan Pie (which I make into tarts), soooo NOT clean food, but fantastic nonetheless! Have a wonderful holiday!

Have a great time in Seattle. I love that city! Good for you finding a gym too. My plans for staying on track are just to stick with my typical workout schedule. I will likely let Christmas Day be my rest day, but other than that, same old thing. I find that works best for me!
