I think life is too short for doing something we don't enjoy. As you mentioned Competitive Fitness being something you love doing, I think you should do it as long as it brings you the same sense of fulfilment and joy. I totally get the whole: I love so many things attitude. If I could, I would do one job one day, then become someone else the next day etc. :-) Thumbs up to the 'Minty budgeting'. It's such a cool idea. And yes, I love planning too and my diaries are pretty much the same. I also have paper versions where I draw funny pictures to cheer me up. :-)

I enjoy your posts and hoorah to clean healthy desserts.

I used to be a #$!% when it came to time management, I was always good at keeping time, but within 5 minutes of missing a scheduled activity I get really stressed, like I would hate to use to bathroom because that meant I was wasting time haha, my then BF told me to chill out!

But organization is handy and makes us less crazy (now for me).

NOW if only I had that app of budgeting my time on a palm pilot!

Ahhh! I love this post!! I can always relate to everything you say! So here comes lots of comments! haha

1. I love scheduling everything out, but I also succccck at budgeting! Your post makes me realize I need to get on this pronttto.

2. Again, the IIN stuff is so freakin cool and I like the idea of switching up breakfast everyday. I may be inspired to make a little meal plan myself! :)

3. Cycling shoes make the class so much better!! You get so much more out of each pedal stroke.

4. I love that you reflect on healthy vs. competition living. It seems like so many women aren't able to love their "off-season" body and become overly obsessed with being lean.

5. I'm with ya on the whole yoga thing. I used to do yoga constantly, but it was when I was injured and couldn't lift weights/do cardio... So if I'm limited on time, yoga goes out the window. But I probably should do it occasionally for the relaxation aspect ;)

6. I haven't made a dish like your squash one... But by just looking at the pic, I think what's missing is spices!! I would definitely add cinnamon and maybe some nutmeg (or apple/pumpkin pie spices)!

7. Favorite relaxing activity: MASSAGES

Sorry for the book of comments... I have more in my head, but I'll spare you from reading more! lol :)

Thanks for the shout-out! Hope you enjoy the goodies!

Nice reflection on fitness. It's always interesting to really stop and think about what something means to us personally. Your oatmeal sounds yummy. May have to give that one a try now that I'm turning over a new leaf with prepping oats over night.

Congrats on putting a budget together! That's a lot of work!

I view fitness as something that's part of my lifestyle. I try to make sure to do some sort of enjoyable exercise most day's of the week.

Your pumpkin overnight oats sound delish :)
