		<description>Mmmmm....all these tasty treats. Like the Pumpkin/Hummus snack idea and the tortilla, Wow! Never feel guilt over missing your training. Life happens, and we know you will make up for it the next day. I think of training like brushing my teeth, just a part of my daily routine. If I miss it I feel horrible too, so it keeps me motivated to stick with it and not fall onto the couch with a bag of doritos for the next 5 years. UGH!</description>

		<description>If I miss a workout, I usually don&#039;t feel guilty but my energy levels are definitely down and I can feel it. I love how being active makes me feel - I love those endorphins! :-)

How is that pumpkin spice coffee??  I&#039;ve seen it in the stores, but never bought it.  I tried some other brand of a pumpkin coffee and HATED it!  Which is weird considering I like almost everything pumpkin!

Those brownies sounds good! I still need to get some organic coconut oil!  Although my fats are way, way low right now, so I may be waiting until after the show. :(

The quesdailla looks to die for!  This may inspire me to find some way to make a quesadilla fit my macros!!! hehahooo :)</description>
