		<description>DO NOT feel like you&#039;re a slacker!  Are you kidding me?  You are amazing!  I can&#039;t believe you are doing as much as you are doing right now.  Please don&#039;t make yourself feel guilty. It&#039;s not productive and won&#039;t help you in the long run (please trust me, I used to do this to myself all of the time).  You have accomplished so much and you are a hard worker.  Sometimes just letting us &#039;be&#039; where we are is enough.  We have to find peace with it before we can move on.  I hope you have a great weekend!</description>

		<description>I totally get you on wanting to do everything all the time. I struggle a lot with that too. Especially now that I&#039;m really into fitness classes, I want to do everything at least twice a week and I just end up tiring myself out! I think it&#039;s great you&#039;re getting into yoga though. As a fitness competitor, you can make training with yoga your &quot;thing,&quot; it&#039;ll give you an edge ;)</description>

Even if you&#039;re not working out quite like you used to, I highly doubt anyone would call you a slacker!! Do you have time to do yoga on weight days and then do cardio on the other days?
