It’s practically the weekend ya’ll!
FITNESS
I ended up trying a new Kickboxing class at my school’s gym. I’m happy to say it was pretty decent. She incorporated a few things I hadn’t done in a KB class before, and used weights, which is always a good sign! Ended up burning >500 calories.
Tomorrow’s Shoulders & Back and Physical Therapy.
