Oh Wendy

Seems to me, Wendy should probably cut back from eating at her namesake  (Grown up Wendy stars in Wendy’s TV Spots). Even though the article touches on the upswing in sales after the launch and promotion of their new salad line, the stats on those aren’t particularly stellar..

It just frustrates me because they advertise like this is a healthy option, and many people are too busy/stressed/etc to break it down and personalize it to make it relatively healthy (which is completely doable, my beef (pun intended) is more with the misconception of such marketing). My advice, create your own! Salads are so easy to throw together, then bring a little healthy dressing in a container on the side. This is one of my favorites.

And perhaps also take Joanna’s advice, How to Loose Weight in 10 Easy Steps..

.. and yes, I’m pretending as if I never disappeared ;-) with a touch of <3 you all!

Oh and a few people have mentioned that new posts (although admittedly few and far between as of late) haven’t been showing up in their reader. You may need to update the feed which is: http://feeds.feedburner.com/NourishedFitness

Or sign up by email to make it even easier.
