I started Yoga in December 2009 after my first Fitness Competition Season, and it wasn’t long before I completely fell in love!
I highly recommend anyone who competes in Fitness/Figure/Bodybuilding/Bikini to give Yoga a try. There are so many different varieties, you can absolutely find one that suits you, and it is a tremendous help in dealing with the post-competition rebound feelings and weight gain.
