VPX Zero-Carb Protein (Graham Cracker, Chocolate Flavors)
This is a great product for when you’re cutting! Only 80cals, and 0-carbs. The chocolate is so good you can just mix it with some Unsweetened Almond Breeze (UAB) and eat it plain. The Graham Cracker flavor is great for Protein Pancakes!
Cup Cake Batter Protein Isolate: Muscle Gauge
It really tastes like Cake Batter! For a low-carb brand (just 1g) it might be my fave for protein pancakes. Love mixing this with a lil coconut extract. Or when you’re not cutting it taste great mixed with a bit of peanut butter.
BSN (Cinnamon Roll, Chocolate Coconut)
I actually don’t like this very much for shakes, but it is hands down the best for mixing with pretty much anything else and it is the best for cooking. This is fabulous mixed with cottage cheese, pumpkin, oatmeal/oat bran/cream of wheat or just with UAB either cold or heated in the microwave for a nice protein cookie.
ON 100% Whey (Mocha Cappuccino, Caramel Toffee Fudge)
Probably my very favorite for shakes. Mix this with 6oz chilled coffee and a 0.5 tbsp of Udo’s Oil for a rich mocha.. yum!
This tastes more like a honey-lemonade to me, I would mix a few scoops in with my half-gallon bottle along with a lil crystal light lemonade. Great way to get those BCAAs!
