Overview

Nourished Fitness started as a personal blog where I documented my experience preparing for my first Fitness competitions. I have always been passionate about nutrition & health, so I’m currently studying to become a health coach (through the Institute for Integrative Nutrition) and personal trainer (through NASM).

Mission

I believe health isn’t just about going to the gym every day or eating cardboard. Health is loving life, feeling vibrant & energetic and being prepared to handle the everyday stresses. Nutrition & Fitness are critical components, but holistic health also takes into account the roles relationships, career and spirituality (called Primary Foods) have on a person’s ability to eat healthy and be active.

The mission of Nourished Fitness is to help each individual find their own optimal balance for complete health & happiness.
