I am asked "why?" a lot. Why did you want to do a Fitness competition? Why do you do so much yoga? Why do you eat that way? Why do you get up so early to workout? Why don't you have a piece of pizza? Well the answer is crazy simple.. because it's fun and it makes me feel good!

Hi! Hope you all had a great day.. mine was pretty uneventful.. so on to it.. FITNESS Today was check/weigh-in with the trainer… My waist measurement and body fat % are down (9% give or take 0.5%), but my weight is staying stubborn (only down slightly from last week).
