Check-In Deja Vu

On to it.. FITNESS So today was check-in. Like I mentioned yesterday, I was a little nervous because I really didn’t feel like, and it didn’t look like, I made much progress this week. With the increased Carbs, I noticed that I looked “fuller” and was just feel bloated all well.
