I started Yoga in December 2009 after my first Fitness Competition season, and it wasn’t long before I completely fell in love! I’m starting yoga teacher training in May 2012 and can’t wait to blog more about it and integrated it into my health coaching practice.
I highly recommend anyone who competes in Fitness/Figure/Bodybuilding/Bikini to give Yoga a try. There are so many different varieties, you can absolutely find one that suits you, and it is a tremendous help in dealing with the post-competition rebound feelings and weight gain.
